Designed in the pine forest of resort town of Pavilosta in Kurzeme, this three bedroom summer house will complete a building cluster with previously completed Pavilosta I buildings. Characterized by double sloped roofs and minimalist forms, all four buildings pay homage to local building traditions albeit in very modern form.
Simple in form, yet very effective and easy to build, after 2 months of building works, house is already under roof.
Building facade is clad in 140 sq.m. Modern Rhomb 170 shingles.
Facade is finished with Flugger 03 Wood Tex Transparent P7
Montage took less than 2 weeks for 1 carpenter.
Building was designed and approved in less than 3 months, built and commissioned in autumn 2024.
