Modern Schindel sawmill and production facility. Built to house the LT20 sawmill and production process. All structural timber was milled, produced, built in house.

Building facade is clad in 120 sq.m. Modern Rhomb 170 shingles left as natural wood to test its performance in worst case scenario (direct sun, rain)

Facade fronton is finished with Modern Rectangle.

Building is a work in process with continuous upgrades and extensions taking place.
