Designed as new summer residence for private client this modern building will utilize undeveloped land plot in the heard of Old Jurmala.

Building complex will include sinlge level summer residence as well as outdoor swimming pool and sauna house.

Facade will include combination of dark sheet metal, natural stone slabs and Modern Rhomb 170 shingles dyed in natural sand color.

Project is in final design stage as of Autumn 2026.
