Designed in the commercial center of Daugavpils building houses Daugavpils store of the sanitary ware and HVAC retailer Komforts and office space in second level.

M.A. DESIGN has completed project to renovate the shell of the building and bring it up to modern visual and technical standards.

New cold-ventilated timber structure is completed to create double-sloped roof which will houses photovoltaic shells to produce clean energy for the building.

Facade is insulated with 200mm of insulation and covered with Modern Rectangle shingles from Modern Schindel. Total of 7000 pieces of 500mm high various width shingles are used and painted with Flugger wood paint. New windows and doors to are installed along with new access paths for the office space.

Open office of 500Sq.m. will provide new, high-quality, versatile and highly adaptable rent space in the second level.

Building is completed and commisioned in 2025.
